Program Description:  The graphic design awards cater to an array of students, including those looking to attend school full-time or working professionals seeking to refine skills or learn a new trade. It is recommended that students possess basic computer literacy skills when entering this program. The courses are designed to equip students with a foundation in art and design as well as a workplace-competent portfolio needed to enter into the industry.

Transfer Information

This Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design degree provides a pathway to transfer to a four-year college or university where students can earn a baccalaureate degree. Students are strongly encouraged to select a transfer destination by the time they have completed 30 semester credit hours. Students should consult with their chosen transfer institution regarding recommended courses that will transfer and be applied to their baccalaureate degree program.
