Blinn College livestock judging team places sixth at North American International Livestock Exposition

The Blinn College livestock judging team had five top-10 finishes at the North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville, Ky.
Blinn was sixth overall in the team livestock judging contest Wednesday and placed fourth in cattle, fifth in reasons, seventh in sheep, and 10 th in swine.
Individually, Blinn’s Kase LeRow, a sophomore from Waco, was sixth overall. LeRow was first in performance swine, second in reasons, and fourth in sheep.
Blinn will compete next in the Griswold Cattle Classic in Stillwater, Okla., on Dec. 17.
The livestock judging team is part of Blinn’s Agricultural Sciences Program, which has one of the most active extracurricular programs in the state, including livestock judging, the Agriculture Club, wildlife, agriculture mechanics, and horticulture.
